Refunds and Returns:
Refunds will be made within 30 days of purchase on items returned in new, unused condition with original tags attached and in their complete original packaging. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part. Please contact us for authorization prior to returning merchandise. Grips that have been worn, chalked, or used cannot be returned, exchanged or credited. gotgrips.com retains the right to make all final decisions in regard to the condition of grips returned.
Exchanges:
Exchanges will be made on items returned in new, unused condition with original tags attached and in their complete original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for authorization prior to returning merchandise. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Standard Shipping:
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Delivery averages 3-5 business days.
Express Mail Shipping:
USPS Express Mail shipping is available as a shipping upgrade for in-stock items only for an additional $25 fee. Please contact us for availability of items prior to placing your order online. Delivery is 1-3 days depending on delivery location.
Prices:
The prices listed are for the items incurred and do not include shipping fees or state sales tax. New Jersey residents will be charged 7% sales tax on all non-clothing items. gotgrips.com reserves the right to adjust prices and product availability at its discretion without notice.
Delivery:
All items purchased from gotgrips.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. gotgrips.com does not assume any liability in connection with the shipment.
